- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A family member was placed in Allegiance Behavioral Health last year. He was in frail health and a fall risk. He also had aphasia at a level that he frequently was unable to find the words he needed to communicate. He was not able to communicate effectively with the family or the staff while he was in the facility. His health declined quickly in one week's period of time. With the help of a wonderful woman who works there as a FNP, we had him removed when we found him unable to sit upright at a visit. There are not many choices for people in this area whose loved one has become combative but I would not recommend this location for someone who is physically fragile and/or has difficulty communicating in any way.December 20, 2016by Russell Dabbs
